Han ble diakonviet 29. oktober 1983, og ordinert til prest 2. mai 1984 i Jaffna.<\/p>\n<p>P. Victor arbeidet i oblatfedrenes gruppe for forkynnelse 1984\u20131987. Han va rektor for St. Joseph presteseminar i Columbuthurai (Jaffna) 1987\u20131993 og var \u00f8konom for oblatfedrenes viseprovins i Jaffna 1988\u20131994.<\/p>\n<p>Han var assistent til general\u00f8konom for hele oblatordenen i Roma 1994\u20132005 og kapellan i Palermo (Sicilia) 2005\u20132013. P.
